Jeff Haugh is a retired Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI). He has extensive world-wide operational experience and in-depth knowledge of Homeland Security. He is a decorated veteran with combat related disabilities. He has a special operations background. Jeff is an Air Force Academy graduate is completing his Master's in IT Security from Georgetown University. He is a certified Subject matter Expert in Counterterrorism. An adjunct Researcher at The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, he has developed a patent pending technical methodology integrating intelligence and investigations in conjunction with his Master’s Thesis at Georgetown University. He has consulted or trained others on CT and CI, including the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, various agencies in the U.S. Intelligence Community, and various law enforcement agencies.

Noah Stephens

Noah served in the U.S. Army 94th Infantry Division during World War II. During the Battle of the Bulge, Noah and his platoon were surrounded behind enemy lines for 11 days. For gallantry in action during that time, Noah was awarded the Silver Star and Combat Infantry Badge. Other awards include the Expert Rifleman, the Purple Heart, the Good Conduct Medal, and three campaign stars for service in Northern France, the Ardennes, and the Rhineland.

Noah worked in the coal mines of West Virginia and as a tool and die repairman and machinist. Later in life, Noah became an entrepreneur, owning trucking and building companies and contributing to other companies. In 2008, he helped found SilverStar Consulting, Inc. He continued to operate N&S Construction, and serve as an advisor to SilverStar until his death.

In 2008 Noah was honored by the West Virginia Legislature. A bridge in Dickson, WV, near his home, was named the Noah Stephens Bridge in honor of his service during World War II.

In 2010, he received the title of Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur at the French Embassy in Washington, DC. This is the highest award that the Republic of France can bestow upon a civilian.

Fred V. Cherry

Fred Cherry is a retired U.S. Air Force Fighter Pilot who served in Korea and Vietnam. During a mission on October 22nd, 1965 his plane was shot down over North Vietnam. Colonel Cherry ejected from his F-105 and was captured. He spent over seven years as a prisoner of war in Hanoi. Fred Cherry returned home in 1973. After returning home, Colonel Cherry attended the National War College, and was assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency. President Ronald Reagan commissioned Fred Cherry to serve on the Korean War Veteran’s Memorial Advisory Board. Some of Fred Cherry’s awards include the Silver Star, the Air Force Cross, the Legion of Merit with Oak Leaf Cluster, two Distinguished Flying Crosses, two Bronze Stars, Two Purple Hearts, the Air Force Commendation, the Meritorious Service Award, and two President Unit Citations. Colonel Cherry also received the Award for Outstanding Service to the Military Community from the Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. Colonel Cherry’s life is the subject of the book, Two Souls Indivisible: The Friendship That Saved Two POWs in Vietnam, by James S. Hirsch. After retiring from the Air Force, Fred served as the Director of Technical Support Services for E.H. White & Co., and as Marketing Manager for Data Transformation Corp. Most recently, Fred has served as CEO for Cherry Engineering and Support Services, Inc. Fred is happy to bring his excitement, work ethic, and experience to SilverStar Consulting, Inc.
